As Polemarch and on the behalf of the Milwaukee Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., I wish to extend greetings and thank you for visiting our website.

Since the chartering of Milwaukee Alumni in 1948, the chapter has continuously strived towards our motto, “Achievement in Every Field of Human Endeavor” by improving the conditions and circumstances of individuals in our community through our Guide Right/Kappa League, Scholarships, Social Engagements and Volunteer Service initiatives.

We welcome new ideas and challenges to help us grow and continue to achieve new successes for Milwaukee Alumni in the future. Our membership is comprised of men of various walks of life that have a deep commitment to the bond of brotherhood. If you are a member seeking a new chapter home, I invite you to visit us at a chapter meeting... standing on the outside will never help our Fraternity achieve and prosper to its fullest. This can only happen with all the membership participating.

Again, thank you for visiting our website and please visit often to stay abreast of upcoming activities and announcements regarding the Milwaukee Alumni Chapter.

If you have any questions or comments, please utilize the contact tab on the website or email us at: MilwaukeeNupes1948@yahoo.com.

Come Home to Kappa!!!

The Milwaukee Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., was founded on September 9, 1948. Eight Brothers came together at that time to petition the Grand Board of Directors of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc., for permission and authority to establish a chapter in the City of Milwaukee, State of Wisconsin.

Those Brothers were:

Andrew W. Lewis
Alpha Theta Chapter Tennessee State University

James H. Harris
Alpha Theta Chapter Tennessee State University

Comer L. Cox

Charles Madison
Alpha Delta Chapter Fisk University
Elbert E. Harris
Delta Chapter Wilberforce University

Theodore W. Coggs
Xi Chapter Howard University

E. Leslie Bell
Rho Chapter Washburn University

David P. Scurlock
Beta Omicron University of Wisconsin
The Milwaukee Alumni Chapter has a long and successful history of achievement. The Milwaukee Alumni Chapter in conjunction with the Delta Kappa undergraduate chapter, has hosted two North Central Province council meetings. We also were honored to have two North Central Province Polemarchs hail from the Milwaukee Alumni Chapter when Brother(s) Theodore W. Coggs (1948-1950), and Dr. Floyd V. Campbell (1964-1968), held the position. We have additionally had several members hold Provincial board positions.
